Music therapy for arousal, nervous irritability was studies by numerous doctors from around the world. On chapter 6 from book Receptive music therapy by I.B. Iamandescu – States of arousal, nervous irritability we find the follow: It benefits from a “sedative music”, which can also be “subdivided” (according to B. Luban-Plozza et al. – 1988) as follows:
meditative: ” The air of the starlight ” (Tannhauser) but also a series of slow-moving piano pages (andante – for example) from piano and orchestra concerts by Mozart or Beethoven;
soothing – e.g. the famous aria from Bach’s C major Suite (we have added many preludes from “The Well-Tempered Harpsichord”);
poetic – “Claire de Lune” (Debussy) (we also propose the second part of Mozart’s piano concertos – No. 10 in D minor and, especially, No. 21 in C or Ravel
concert in G major); – depressing – Chopin’s “Funeral March” (or – we would suggest – Beethoven’s Piano Sonata Op. 26). By overlapping classical music with solfeggio / rife frequencies, some listeners can get some special effects. You can find information about these frequencies on the internet
